Designing a better Online Conference Application
We were asked by CallWave to help design a better Online Conference Application. We started by doing research on the competition like WebEx, GoToMeeting and Acrobat Connect. We found that they were good - but not great and there was room for improvements. Some of the things we suggested to make FUZE better then the competition.

add notes on any uploaded media / file
save online meeting with notes
access past meetings & uploaded files
Being able to save and restart any meeting allows people to pre-create presentations which they give often. It also allows them to continue a meeting which went long without having to find all the files viewed + the notes associated with those files.
Competitive products allowed users to markup files but it was all lost when the session was closed. The closest feature was the ability to 'print screen' so that your markup could be saved onto your desktop as an image. Our features allows any participants to markup the files (images, pdf, video, etc...) which can be viewed, modified and saved. It's a great way of documenting changes discussed and agreed upon during a meeting.
